The giving season is here and Willamette Week’s Give!Guide 2009 is highlighting dozens of charities worthy of donations and providing prizes for added incentive.
Donations are accepted until the end of the year and tracked in nonprofit categories. Currently, Friends of Trees accounts for less than $500 in donations, out of $7,100 made to eight different environmental nonprofit organizations.
So get out your check book or credit card and think tax deduction, think clean air and water, think of gifts one can never have too much of.
