More About this Role:
Join us on Wednesday evenings September – February to grow greener neighborhoods by calling FOT ‘treecipients’ to help them pick out new trees for their home. You’ll learn about the different types of trees, and how to guide neighbors through the FOT website and tree-ordering process.
This is a very social volunteer role, great for someone interested in refining their phone calling and customer service skills.
A short training is required. Following the training you’ll be asked to commit to four Wednesday evening Call Nights. You can join the Call Nights at our office or remotely, if you have a cell phone and are willing to use a free Google Voice account. Total time commitment is about 10 hours, not including transit time to the office.
