An excellent four season tree with lavender-pink spring flowers, orange-red fall color and exfoliating bark adding winter interest. Rated as hardy above ground to USDA zone 7, and roots to zone 6 or lower.

Growing Conditions:
Prefers full sun; drought tolerant once established. May die to ground in extremely hard frost.

A great tree for narrow planting strip locations.
