NE Vancouver Neighborhood Planting (Vancouver, WA)

Join us in planting trees as a volunteer — or click HERE to purchase a tree for your home.
Please arrive to the staging site by 8:45am to enjoy some breakfast treats and hot coffee or chocolate. The planting starts promptly at 9:00am. We provide gloves and tools, so all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes or boots. Our neighborhood volunteers will also provide a potluck lunch for all volunteers after the planting is complete. We’re planting in the neighborhoods of Airport Green, Burnt Bridge Creek, Burton Evergreen,Cimarron, Countryside Woods, Fircrest, First Place, Hearthwood,Image, Kevanna Park,Landover Sharmel, North Hearthwood, North Image, Parkside, and Parkway East.
Looking to volunteer as a group? RSVPs are kindly requested for groups of more than 5 people – click HERE to do so. RSVPs are not required for individuals or groups of 4 or fewer — you can simply show up!
Have a pickup truck? We need your help getting the baby trees to their planting sites a few blocks away from the staging site. Please sign up at www.friendsoftrees.org/truck if you’re able to help us out in this key role.
Are you under age 18 and planting without your parent/guardian? A signed youth waiver is required for you to volunteer. We kindly request youth 15 years and younger are accompanied by an adult.
