Fortunately, the Friends of Trees neighborhood tree planting program partners with local urban foresters to provide an easy, low-cost, community-driven resource to replace dead, diseased or dying trees. This program is available to neighborhoods with active volunteer tree planting teams in the communities we serve. Finding an arborist

At some point during the tree removal and replanting process, you will need to contact a tree care company to do the work on your tree. Please consider one of Friends of Trees’ Arborists Partners.

Stump grinding resources

At some point during the tree removal and replanting process, you may need to grind out an old tree stump. We cannot recommend any particular business, but Friends of Trees customers have recommended the contacts below.
