Getting involved with Portland Fruit Tree Project in 2014

Portland Fruit Tree Project is currently accepting applications for several positions in our Tree Care Team program and at our Community Orchards! Read on to find out how you can get involved.

No experience is necessary to become an Orchard Steward at the Sabin Community Orchard. As a Steward you will learn about basic fruit tree care, ensure the maintenance of the orchard, and build community with neighbors! Sabin residents and neighbors are especially encouraged to apply, but all are welcome to! Applications are due January 20^th.

If you’d like a more in-depth educational opportunity on fruit tree care while meeting new people and caring for fruit trees around the city, join a Tree Care Team! We’re currently accepting applications for Tree Care Team members and leaders through January 5^th.
