Portland arboretum featured in today’s Oregonian

Right Tree. Right Place. Right on the Hawthorne Bridge

Friends of Trees gives pruning tips on KATU

You don’t need to wear a red blazer and heels to prune a tree, though it made great pruning attire for KATU’s Angelica Thornton.

Volunteers join Neighborhood Coordinator team

Last week Friends of Trees held three separate Neighborhood Coordinator trainings. Sunday’s was for new Neighborhood Coordinators, Tuesday’s was for Vancouver coordinators, and Thursday’s was for Portland coordinators. All three events were well attended.

Four Vancouver plantings grow canopy, awareness
